The Phantom 1.3 X Plus is our most refined rooftop tent, built for adventurers who want a genuinely comfortable night's sleep wherever the track takes them. Its "X" comes from the stainless steel X-hinge frame at the front of the tent, which works with the Stabilus gas struts to let it open further than a standard hinge design, adding around 30% more interior room once it's set up. Being the Plus version, it also sits slightly thicker when packed down, so you can leave your pillows and sleeping bag inside rather than repacking them every time. Add in the aluminum shell, front and side ladder access, four windows and a full rain fly, and you've got a tent built to keep the weather out and the airflow in. It uses the same high-density mattress and internal power system as the rest of the Phantom range, so you're set up for comfort the moment you climb up.

Please note, for safety, we strongly recommend installing a fuse on any solar panel or tent wiring. Use anti-seize on all stainless steel mounting hardware.
