At Phantom Offroad, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Please read through the details below to understand how our returns and warranty process works.

Returns Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • Products with manufacturing defects will be repaired at our cost or handled as agreed.
  • Change of mind returns are not available.
  • To qualify, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

Steps to Return

  1. Email phantomoffroadproducts@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a short description of the issue.
  2. If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Package the item securely and return it within 7 days of receiving the label.
  4. For freight deliveries, the freight company will arrange pickup from your address.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days once we receive the return.
  • If the issue is due to damage or an incorrect item, we’ll cover return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your item arrives damaged or not as ordered, please get in touch within 5 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Warranty Policy

Rooftop Tent Warranty

  • All rooftop tents come with a 1-year warranty from the purchase date.
  • If a manufacturing defect is found, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or compensation.
  • Our team will assess the problem and decide on the best solution.

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage from improper use, poor installation, or modifications
  • Wear and tear, condensation, or misuse
  • Weather-related damage (wind, UV exposure, mould, etc.)
  • Canvas punctures, broken zippers from excessive force, or rust from lack of maintenance
  • Loss, shipping damage, or neglect in product care

Proper care and use are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds or compensation are not offered for issues caused by misuse, neglect, or poor maintenance.
