Standard Shipping:
Our standard shipping option delivers your order within 3-5 business days within Australia. All orders will be shipped at the quoted amount and quotes are valid for 3 days due to the fuel excise.

Local Pickup

  • Customers near our store can choose free in-store pickup.
  • Collection is by appointment.

Rooftop Tent Shipping

Due to their size and weight, rooftop tents require specialized freight. We offer four delivery methods:

  1. Pickup – Collect your tent directly from us.
  2. Commercial Delivery – Delivered to a business address with a forklift available for unloading.
  3. Freight Depot Pickup – Collect your tent from a nearby freight depot.
  4. Residential Delivery – Delivered to your home via tail lift truck.

Important: For commercial, residential and depot deliveries, customers are responsible for unloading and disposing of pallets or packaging materials.
