We're Jono and Maddy, a young couple running Phantom Offroad Products out of Ipswich, Queensland.

It started with our own camping. We were out every chance we got, and we kept hitting the same wall. The gear that genuinely held up was priced like a second car, and the gear we could actually afford let us down. So we set about building the tent we wanted to own instead. Properly made, sensibly priced, and backed by someone who picks up the phone.

Being small is the point, not a limitation. There's no warehouse full of staff here, which means when you buy a Phantom, one of us has had hands on it and one of us will be the person you speak to. We notice every single order and we don't take any of them for granted.

The best part of the job is meeting you. Having a look through your build, hearing where you've taken it, and getting your feedback and ideas. A fair bit of what we do now came straight out of a customer conversation, and we'd like to keep it that way.
